This is a newly created role responsible for using data and customer insight to generate ideas and propositions that keep customers on the iD network as long as possible. This role is accountable for reducing customer churn - and requires a highly numerate and analytical individual with strong commercial acumen to develop the right propositions for different customer segments.

 

You will:

  • Develop & refine customer segmentation criteria to identify target customer groups based on value to iD, and churn risk
  • Measure customer value and determine optimal pricing rules and investment levels for each segment
  • Create and maintain the retention trading and CRM plan, driven by returning base insight
  • Review call logger, PAC usage and spinning data to identify and value initiatives and opportunities
  • Provide end to end analysis of upgrade / retention campaigns 
  • Review upgrade and churn propensity to ensure forecasts accurately reflect changes in base behaviour or initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to generate incremental revenue and margin from the customer base and develop new in-life propositions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives and changes, acting as the trading lead.
  • Review channel retention performance and drive improvement and development initiatives

 

You will need:

  • Strong commercial awareness and experience in measuring and driving ROI
  • Ability to use data & insight to identify opportunities & build hypothesis around marketing strategy
  • Advanced analytical skills across the following applications: Microsoft Excel, Business Objects (or similar), SQL server (or similar)
  • Highly collaborative approach and good relationship builder
