Our teams in Quality Assurance complete the final work and checks on repaired technology before we get it back to our customers.  As a QA Operative you’ll be responsible for data cleansing, checking and packing products before they’re sent back to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Following all quality procedures and processes.
  • Ensuring all repaired units are tested to manufacturers requirements.
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with Security and Health and Safety legislation/policies.
  • Carrying out priorities, actions and take on any additional duties as instructed by Specialist/ First Line Manager.
  • Helping to achieve own and department’s set targets for productivity and quality of work within each functional area to deadlines.
  • Reporting issues on quality control, write off or damage to First Line Manager.
  • Using and recommending suitable packaging that are to agreed standards, whilst minimising waste.
  • Maintaining workshop cleanliness.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure overall smooth-running operation.
