Graphic Designer

We have a great opportunity for a Graphic Designer to work in accordance to the various brand identities, to design and evolve creatives for campaigns, digital, literature, infographics, print, motion and multi-channel. The Graphic Designer role has plenty of opportunity to creatively own projects, applying insight and strategy throughout the design executions all delivered on time back to stakeholders.

You will:                       

  • Lead design projects from initial insight and research through to concept realisation
  • Manage multiple creative projects and briefs by attending status meetings and keeping all stakeholders up-to-date on project progress, informing the Creative Design Manager of any foreseeable problems
  • Support the Creative Service and Marketing Department with all aspects of creative solutions
  • Be passionate about constantly raising the creative and brand standards
  • Confidently present ideas with insight and considered strategy and influence the team/manage expectations
  • Be responsible for workload prioritisation and allocation within the creative services team
  • Be accountable for workload planning and reporting to Creative Design Manger in daily catch-ups and weekly production meetings
  • Ensure wherever possible brief deadlines are met by liaising with studio team and managers
  • Manage stakeholders expectations regarding project deadlines
  • Ensure that workflow boards are kept up-to-date by liaising with Creative Design Manager

 

You will need:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Exceptional Attention to detail
  • Experience of visualising and bringing to market creatives from brief
  • The ability to be flexible to the high pace nature of retail
  • A keen eye for the latest trends
  • 5+ years of experience working within a fast paced in house design studio or agency
  • Exceptional knowledge of all Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • HND (or higher) in Design or equivalent qualification essential
