After launching a state-of-the-art new online platform from Carphone Warehouse, we’re on the lookout for talented digital experts, from entry level to experienced managers, heads of department and directors, who can help us with the next part of our transformation.

Our Digital Business Analyst is responsible for translating business vision and roadmap into tangible requirements. As our eCommerce Business Analyst you will drive the discovery phase for roadmap and changes across our Carphone Warehouse Online function.


You will:

  • Take responsibility for managing carphonewarehouse.com requirements across the delivery of all projects
  • Ensure requirements/solutions work across channels and support development and architecture roadmap
  • Manage varying workloads and coordination of teams and activities
  • Work alongside the Business Change Function & IT to establish structure and optimised ways of working, encourage agile ways of working
  • Work collaboratively with peers across the IT department and assist in the analysis of new initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with Product owners in the Online team and assist in the shaping of Digital our roadmaps.

You will need:

  • Previous experience of working as an eCommerce Business Analyst or Digital Business Analyst
  • Excellent experience of Agile, Scrum, KANBAN and Lean methodologies
  • Basic experience of Adobe AEM, Target, Analytics
  • To have exposure of working in a fast paced, customer focused change environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact and influence a diverse stakeholder group
  • Proven experience in planning and managing a team and their workload, ensuring a timely delivery for all business analysis activities
