Customer Support Apprentice

Diagnostics Support Apprentice (White Goods)
Team Knowhow Contact Centre, Sheffield
Permanent Full Time Contract working 37.5 hours per week
£5.00 per hour until week 35 then £7.00 per hour rising to £9.18 upon completion of qualification

As a White Goods Diagnostics Support Apprentice, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and field engineers. You’ll provide first line diagnostic support on a variety of domestic appliances including Dishwashers, Fridge Freezes and Washing Machines. By listening to our customers and applying knowledge provided in training, you will be successful at identifying and diagnosing faults across a variety of products. Taking ownership, you will be responsible for ordering replacements parts and arranging for field engineers to visit the customer and repair their product.

Don’t worry we don’t expect you to be an expert in all things White Goods. We will provide full comprehensive training together with ongoing guidance and support throughout your career with Dixons Carphone, meaning you’ll be equipped with the skills required to deliver a memorable service to our customers.
