Have you got a passion for design, PR and communication? Do you have a degree that you’re not using at the moment? Or just lots of creative skills in the bank that you would love to be able to share? Could you turn a boring number into something interesting?  If the answer is yes then you could be exactly what we are looking for! We want someone to work closely with the Agile team to understand exactly what they do and help us to tell that story.

Part of the role will be responsible for communicating the Agile Teams messages to relevant stakeholders, engaging both teams and individuals and building effective communication plans and delivering against them.  You will have the ability to produce professional PowerPoint presentations as required by the squad members and to create imaginative ways of demonstrating the benefits of the team.  Having the ability to communicate and interact with colleagues at all levels of the business effectively and enthusiastically both written and verbally is a must for this role. You will also need to have a highly proactive nature and have a solutions and goal orientated mind set and have the ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment with multiple deadlines.

In the last 4 months we have been running a pilot in the Contact Centre to make significant change and we are now looking to turn the pilot success into a permanent way of working….and from here on the Evolution Team is born.
