As an Administrator, you’ll work alongside colleagues and your manager to ensure all administration requests are completed accurately, while providing an industry leading customer experience.     


This is a fast-paced role, where you’ll need to work accurately and quickly to meet your team and individual targets. But don’t worry, as well as your initial training period, you’ll be joining an established team so they’ll be people that can offer help and advice


As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for: 


  • Ensuring the Completion and timeliness of all activities according to monthly schedule 
  • Ensuring all credit vets, connections, upgrades, migrations, porting requests are completed professionally and accurately within agreed timescales. 
  • Taking an active role in ensuring our partner’s and customer’s requests meet the criteria of the networks. 
  • Taking individual responsibility for keeping up to date with all network changes and Currys promotions and propositions


You will need:


  • Experience of working to tight deadlines on a daily/weekly basis. 
  • Strong administration skills. 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
