Our Branch Manager is responsible for leading our Mobile department. These one-stop departments are designed to meet the demands of our customers, and you’ll be the one bringing that shopping experience to life leading through a high-performing team. You’ll make the decisions that influence how our customers browse, buy and experience mobile.

 

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Equipping the team with the skills to provide expert advice and inspiring them to put the customer first in every decision
  • Coaching colleagues to inspire customers to buy the best products to suit their needs, however they choose to shop with us
  • Delivering sales and profit objectives for your department
  • Embracing and implementing change that benefits the store and our customers

 

Working as part of the leadership team, you’ll be driven by finding ways to enhance performance across all departments. Doing it because it makes you proud and because you want your team to deliver.

 

You will need:

  • To have management experience in a similar sized, sales-driven business
  • The ability to coach colleagues to build team confidence and capability
  • A track record of identifying opportunities to achieve targets and maximise performance
  • To be able to create working environments that inspire and excite customers and colleagues
