At Newark, we do everything we can to improve the lives of our customers through excellent service. Thanks to all the brilliant training on offer, our repair technicians rise swiftly to some tough challenges: they can fix and return any given tech within seven days, with specialists across a wide range of technology. Meanwhile, our delivery teams handle an average of 50,000 deliveries and installations per week so that we can meet customer needs as quickly as possible.
Newark is also home to our logistics operations, with 1.5 million square foot of warehousing space devoted to ensuring we get products to our customers in their homes, through our branch network and via our online channels. The team services around 7 million customers and makes over 60,000 deliveries to stores every year. This helps make us the largest employer in the Newark area.
At the Newark Distribution and Repair Centre, you’ll find roles in Delivery, Repairs, Warehouse, Engineering Quality, and Quality Assurance, to name just a few of the teams who work here.
Joining our Team Knowhow CSC – made up of 2000 colleagues in 20 Customer Services Centres across the country – you’ll be determined to go further for our customers. Prepared for anything and ready for change, you’ll create great experiences, whether it’s answering queries, providing perfect tech solution, repairing hardware, or setting up a customer’s brand new product.
Our Drivers, Installers and Engineers are the first line of our service offering, constantly striving to deliver the highest level of customer service whilst also building on their strong technical expertise, for the benefit of the customer. Our colleagues enter three million homes a year, delivering a wide range of Electrical, White Goods and Gas installation services.
Within each CSC, you’ll find opportunities at various levels all the way up to First Line Managers and CSC Site Managers. Typical roles include Gas Engineer, White Goods Engineer, 3.5T Driver, 7.5 Driver and Warehouse Operative.
