White Goods Repair Apprentice 

 

Leeds 

39-hour contract 

£18,000 per annum + benefits (increasing to a minimum of £22,500 upon successful completion of programme)

Join us as a White Goods Repair Apprentice and gain a nationally recognised qualification whilst getting hands on experience in delivering and installing products such as Washing Machines, Electric Cookers and American Fridges in our customers’ homes. On completion of your initial skills training, you will receive specialist training on how to repair Laundry, Dishwasher, Refrigeration and Cooking products. You’ll be the face of the business and the last point of contact of our customers journey, so it will be your responsibility to exceed customers’ expectations. 

 

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Testing, diagnosing and fixing white goods in our customers' homes
  • Providing and implementing technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances
  • Building up our reputation as a home services expert

 

24 months’ expert training

Our Apprenticeship will turn your interest in electrical products into valuable skills through masterclasses, online learning and job shadowing. You will complete a range of different training activities, giving you the skills, experience and confidence needed to move into a full-time role. 

 

You will need: 

  • A full UK/EU driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • GCSEs Grades A-C (in English and Maths) or equivalent e.g. Scottish Standard Grades or Nationals 
  • A passion for delivering great customer service
