Sheffield, Nunnery Square
Permanent, Full time contract averaging 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £18,259 (based on 37.5 hours- £9.36ph) plus benefits

Working as a Customer Support Advisor in our White Goods Diagnostic’s department you’ll be on hand to assist our customers with their white goods issues, whether that’s to help fix their washing machine so they can wear their favourite top in a hurry or their oven so they can cook a special meal. In the White Goods department, you’ll have access to a range of tools to help you assist our customers’ including Resolve which is a diagnostics tool.

 

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for

•    Diagnosing customers faults across a variety of white goods products.
•    Ordering replacement parts.
•    Arranging field engineers to visit our customers’ homes to repair their white goods appliance.

 

You will need: 

•    To possess strong customer service skills.
•    The ability to remain professional at all time.
•    To be a logical thinker.
•    The ability to think logically and simplify technical jargon.
