UI Designer

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Mid-Weight UI Developer to cooperate on creating amazing user experiences and also support our analytics team. The ideal candidate should be able to create live prototype from provided artwork, be experienced in JavaScript development and needs to open to new technologies and principles. And of course, the most important – needs to have same passion for web development.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Working with the Optimisation Team, you will lead the delivery of User Interface solutions from creation to production.  

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, UX architects and other UI Developers
  • Follow best practices and coding standards for cross-browser compatibility
  • Interact with marketing and product teams, as well as the wider design and development team(s)
  • Follow established coding standards within the development team.
  • Help communicate key strategy and reasoning behind technical decisions
  • Communicate project progress, timeline and impact of changes to team lead.
  • Keep up-to-date with latest developments in technology used.
  • Work with QA Tester to ensure that all the code releases are successful.
  • Participate on design and code reviews.

 

Key skills & experience required

 

  • Passion about new technology and latest trends in UI Development and UX
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Advance knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience in modern JavaScript development – React, Angular, Vue.js
  • Previous Tag Management experience, preferably with Dynamic Tag Manager or Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge of testing tools such as Adobe Target is more than welcome.
  • Creating code that is correct with modern web standards
  • Be able to QA and debug tags using appropriate tools
  • Proven UI development experience including responsive design
  • Understand importance of A/B and MVT testing
