This is a newly created role responsible for collating and presenting data and customer insight to generate ideas and propositions that keep customers on the iD network as long as possible. This role is accountable for providing the insight required to reduce customer churn, and requires a highly numerate and analytical individual with commercial experience.

 

You will:

  • Support the trading manager to identify opportunities to develop new in-life propositions, Generating incremental revenue and margin from the customer base
  • Update and refine segmentation criteria to identify target customer groups.
  • Determine the most relevant offers to promote to each segment and merchandising order
  • Develop reporting capabilities and update existing databases
  • Review call logger, PAC usage and spinning data to identify and value trends and opportunities
  • Analyse channel volume, margin performance and closing tool usage. Recommend changes to improve performance.
  • End to end analysis of upgrade / retention / in-life campaigns and upgrade specific pricing
  • Forecast call and traffic volumes based on customer eligibility.

 

You will need:

  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Using data & insight to identify opportunities
  • Advanced analytical skills and across the following applications: Microsoft Excel, Business Objects (or similar), SQL server (or similar).
  • Collaborative approach and good relationship builder
