Technical Support Advisor- Smart TV's

Preston Contact Centre, PR2 2DY.

6 month fixed term contact, full time, £18433 pa plus company benefits.

Working as a Technical Support Advisor at our Team Knowhow Contact Centre, you'll take calls from customers who are having technical issues with their smart TV's. You'll take ownership and responsibility of every customer providing 'right first time' resolutions for them. Every call you handle requires you to deliver an exceptional service that exceeds your customers' expectations.

 

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Taking full ownership of identifying solutions to resolve our customers issues.
  • Soliving technical quiries on a variety of brands including, Samsung and JVC.
  • Educating our customers on the operation of their products.
  • Listening and building rapport with our customers while ensuring their query is fixed the first time.effciently.

 

You will need:

  • Strong technical expertise.
  • A passion for technology and a willingness to keep your keep your knowledge up to date
  • Outstanding customer service skills - we question, listen and build rapport to ensure all queries are resolved effectively and efficiently
  • Experience working with customers to identify problems and the ability to advise a solution
