As our Team Leader in Dixons Travel you'll provide an example for your team to follow. From demonstrating techniques to use during customer interactions, right through to detailed product knowledge, you’ll develop a team that is switched on to our customers’ changing needs.

Working in our vibrant airport environment means no two days are the same. As part of your role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the team to provide an exceptional customer experience to passengers from all over the world
• Motivating and engaging the team to deliver on targets and store performance
• Coaching and supporting our sales colleagues with their development

You will need:

• A natural ability to guide and coach
• The desire to exceed customer expectations in every interaction
• To lead by example and unite the team with tech
• Confidence establishing and developing relationships with our colleagues, and customers
• Able to start early as part of the airports longer trading hours (but an early finish means more time in your day)
