Description

The purpose of this role is to support the Insurance Training & Governance Manager in all training activities. This includes, designing training material, training members of the department and conducting train the trainer sessions. The role predominantly focuses on regulatory training - claims experience and complaints.


You will:

  • Audit, update and design new training content for the regulated areas of claims and complaints
  • Lead on Inductions across all areas – contact centre, claims teams, complaints teams and insurance experience
  • Be responsible for the how 2 processes for claims, complaints & insurance experience
  • Confidently train a group of individuals and conduct train the trainer sessions for large groups, audit training to ensure its delivered accurately
  • Be responsible for keeping up to date on regulatory changes in the market and support in executing changes


You will need:

  • Experience of working in a training/regulated environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written demonstrating the correct brand values
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, reporting and presentation skills
  • To be passionate and enthusiastic about doing the right thing for the customer
  • To be organised and able to manage priorities efficiently
