Permanent, Full time contract averaging 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £18,259 (£9.36 per hour) + benefits

Working as a Customer Service Advisor in our Contact Centre, you will provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all our Currys PC World customers.  You will be the first point of contact for our customers and go above and beyond to assist them with their queries by taking ownership and responsibility of every customer providing ‘right first time’ resolutions for them.  Every call you handle requires you to deliver an exceptional service that exceeds your customers’ expectations.


As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

 

• Using your customer service skills to help our Currys PC World customers enjoy amazing technology by offering on the phone advice and guidance to solve their queries right first time
• Representing our brand in a professional way, demonstrating enthusiasm and confidence when engaging with our customers.


You will need:

 

• To share our passion for helping customers using great communication skills and a confident, friendly approach
• To demonstrate at interview your ability to provide exceptional customer service and behaviours.
• Be available –Our centre is open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Saturday and 9am to 6pm Sunday. Overtime may be available during busy periods.
• Be reliable - we need to count on you to be here for our customers
