Senior Manager - Customer Contact Strategy

We are looking for a talented Customer Experience professional to join us as a Senior Manager of Customer Segmentation to create amazing user experiences.  The ideal candidate should be able to use customer segmentation data and profiles to evaluate the strategic value of market segments to support our brand value proposition and commercial strategic decisions for product and services.

The role will be accountable for setting the high level long-term customer strategy, delivering growth through data and supporting the overall proposition strategy including operating model, conversion mode, service model, promotion and activation model.

 

You Will:

  • Develop the 5-year Customer Vision & Values Strategy plan
  • Design and own of a set of customer segments and journeys based on deep customer insights.
  • Advocate a customer centric culture across the organisation by gathering customer stories, best practices, case studies etc.
  • Deliver customer segmentation analysis and development plan including propensity evaluations and acquisition strategies.
  • Develop acquisition plans by theme to attract customers
  • Define the Customer Metrics for Dixons Carphone and continuously monitor customer journey performance.
  • Develop briefs on customer value propositions for Go to Market and Customer Communications to execute
  • Coordinate the sales channels by means of prioritisation for specific segments
  • Develop penetration targets, segment sales and margin expectations based on the customer strategy

 

You Need:

  • Expert level analytical skills, to translate into strategy and planning.
  • Ability to work with complex, often ambiguous, and constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and messages to bring clarity to stakeholders
  • Build effective and trusted relationships across the Dixons Carphone Exco & management team
  • A high level of commercial awareness
  • To be fascinated by customer behaviour.
  • Share best practice across Categories & functions to ensure customer focus prevails
  • The ability to Influence & lead teams across functions to see the end to end benefit of the expected result
  • A proactive approach & mindset, seeks to innovate and initiate new opportunities.
  • Advanced strategic planning skills, Extensive customer insight, audience marketing
  • Extensive experience in proposition development across consumer products & services
  • Strong business development capability programme management
  • Respond positively to change with the ability to manage and support others through change
