The Retail & Services HR Team at Dixons Carphone are embarking on an exciting journey. With a new operating model in place, this role will lead a team of 2 in designing, developing and delivering high quality data and information reports to key business stakeholders, as well as delivering effecting programmes of work.

The data and information produced will enable our Senior HR Business Partners and Regional Directors to design, develop and implement annual people plans.

You will:

  • Understand the strategy, trends and context of the business to shape Reporting & Analysis output and turn data into a meaningful tool across the Retail and Services HR Team
  • Collaborate across teams and key stakeholders, providing thought leadership and driving day-to-day implementation of the Reporting strategy
  • Partner directly with senior stakeholders both within HR and outside of HR and advise on potential R&A approaches to business needs, including recommendations and key trends
  • Support the teams through the annual talent, performance and compensation cycles
  • Design, coordinate, and implement analytical solutions to support Business initiatives
  • Effectively lead and manage a team of 2 HR Advisors and work with reporting specialists to deliver effective data analysis, collaborate with Centres of Excellence and data owners to design high value-add reports and analytics

You will have:

  • Experience in analytics or similar field within a matrix structure
  • Understanding of basic HR processes and policies and a desire to expand knowledge
  • Previous knowledge of HR systems
  • An excellent communicator, with great presentation skills
  • Experienced with analytics with strong numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • CIPD qualified - desirable
