Proposition Manager - Membership

As the Proposition Manager for Membership you’ll be responsible for managing and facilitating the future design of Membership. You’ll manage the design and delivery of our Membership scheme and any new propositions whilst defining the Membership roadmap for the next 3 years and executing the 18 month plan.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and delivery of our Membership scheme(s) and any new propositions for the scheme
  • Own the test and learn plan and be able to set/ manage/ review objectives and KPIs for all tests
  • Perform regular benchmarking of the scheme in the market
  • Manage the analysis and evaluation of all Membership marketing activities to ensure all key stakeholders understand the on-going performance against metrics and KPIs
  • Be the product owner of membership with the IT team and work closely with them to ensure all new technical developments are delivered on time and to scope
  • Work closely with other members of the Membership and CRM team to ensure that all new initiatives are delivered smoothly to customers and colleagues
  • Manage the scheme KPIs and dashboards

 

Skills & Experience required:

  • 2-3 years of experience working on a loyalty scheme or CRM
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Experience in working with external agencies and suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Numerate and analytical with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights
  • Commercial and competitor awareness
