Project Delivery Lead - 12 month FTC

The purpose of the Project Manager role is to lead the implementation of the solutions for our B2B clients and internal business by creating a detail project plan and ensuring successful end to end delivery of projects/work streams to agreed time, cost and quality

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising extensively with the internal and external clients and drive the project through all the stages of delivery and implementation
  • Manage the project implementation end to end and ensure right resources are engaged at the right time for the successful delivery of the project
  • Own and update project progress view for all projects on going 
  • Creation of individual project plans
  • Managing project timescales and milestones delivery
  • Stakeholder relationship management including Project communications and status reporting
  • Project issues management (snag list planning in co-ordination with line manager)
  • Risk management
  • Main point of contact each assigned project for internal and external clients
  • Project documentation management

 

Skills & experience required:

  • Excellent experience of managing change in areas like mobile phone insurance, operations, system development, technology
  • Excellent skill in tracking and maintaining the project finances and support development of business cases
  • Lead and deliver initiatives in a cross functional environment
  • Worked within a standard project management
  • Strong influencing skills – able to get the job done without line authority
  • Good communication skills - able to communicate complex technical issues simply
  • Organisationally aware – knowledge of the best ways to get things done
  • Good awareness of managing change in a commercially sensitive environment
  • Good understanding of SDLC
