What You’ll do in the role:

  • Perform a part harvesting function to provide a cost saving to the business.
  • Perform the efficient refurbishment of units re-grading, swapping and re-packaging parts- in order to maximise recovery into the business.
  • Adhere to targets and a predetermined quality standard to all refurbishment units.
  • Ensure products are maintained to legal and manufacturers guidelines.
  • Perform software installations and upgrades to units.
  • Ensure all customer data is removed off any product.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic target driven environment.
  • Minimise costs to the business and increase revenue into the operation.
  • Ensure products are suitable for the required customer.
  • Be responsible for any parts taken off the product for reclamation.
  • Respond to individual customer’s needs and requirements.
  • Treat all products carefully to minimise any damage.


What you need to have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good ability to understand component parts and components of repair products.
  • Good practical approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to work within a team to meet targets.
  • The ability to meet deadlines.
  • An interest in technology hardware.

 
It would be great if you also had:

  • Intermediate technical diagnostic skills.
