We are looking for a PrePaid Operations Analyst to join the team to assist in overseeing operational effectiveness of the Dixons Carphone prepaid gift card programme.


Key Responsibilities

•    Working in partnership with an administration function in Shared Service Centre
•    Aged debt reconciliation – production of excel files, operating v look ups on multiple locations and number verification. 
•    Setting up new business development for Prepaid in the relevant systems
•    Managing operational requirements for Third Party gift cards
•    Managing the store gift card programme including stock management
•    Setting up promotional gift card requirements to support commercial team
•    Support senior development manager to deliver new projects
•    Reviewing and improving BAU process – making recommendations for a cleaner, more effective way of working 
•    Supporting senior development manager with vendor relationships with Prepaid card processor & fulfilment house 
•    Managing prepaid contribution to the Trade in proposition 
•    Managing Medics queries – store feedback system 

 

Key Skills/Experience

•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
•    Highly numerical & enjoys working with spreadsheets 
•    Ability to interpret, analyse and present complex numeric data
•    Ability to map, understand and define processes to support key business activities
•    Confident, self-motivated team player
•    Strong business acumen
•    Ability to identify and implement process and cost improvements
•    Attention to detail
•    Passion for customers
