Knowhow includes our prepaid gift card’s which are available in store and through a range of other channels, including via other retailers, employers & gift card companies. The team are responsible for growing revenue through our prepaid gift cards, developing new business & channels for us to sell the cards and managing redemption and stock effectively through all of our channels.

Reporting in to the Senior Development & Operations Manager for Prepaid, the Prepaid Operations Analyst is responsible for the operational effectiveness of the Dixons Carphone prepaid gift card programme

You will be:

  • Working in partnership with an administration function in Shared Service Centre
  • Setting up new business development for Prepaid in the relevant systems
  • Managing operational requirements for Third Party gift cards
  • Managing the store gift card programme including stock management
  • Setting up promotional gift card requirements to support commercial team
  • Support senior development manager to deliver new projects, with vendor relationships, Prepaid card processer & fulfilment house
  • Implement new reporting requirements &  process documents
  • Reviewing and improving BAU process – making recommendations for a cleaner, more effective way of working
  • Supporting senior development manager with vendor relationships with Prepaid card processer & fulfilment house
  • Managing Medics queries – store feedback system

You will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good business acumen
  • Ability to map, understand and define processes to support key business activities
  • The ability to identify and implement process and cost improvements
