As the Online Product Manager you will play a vital role in the development and iterative improvement of both back-end and front-end systems and services. You’ll generate innovative ideas to further improve their area and the underlying online KPIs. You’ll work with various stakeholders across the business and be resposible for product development roadmap and act as product owner within the SCRUM process, product delivery and their online targets. You’ll use insights from existing customer behaviours online, insights from wider consumer behaviour expectations and digital best practises to exceed online targets and drive business step changes in how existing customers interact with us online.

Key responsibilities:

  • Establishing product vision, product roadmap and corresponding rollout plans for iDMobile.co.uk
  • Develop a deep understanding of the iDMobile users
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best in class user experience.
  • Own the development of detailed product requirements documents.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
  • Overseeing the planning, development and design of strategy from product initiation decision through to the end of the product lifecycle
  • Presenting strategy, progress, challenges and new product feature overviews to internal stakeholders at a senior level


Experience required:

  • Extensive experience of online product management, overseeing a dedicated team and managing product prioritization, roadmap, and delivery of user-facing functionality
  • An uncompromising focus on user-centric design, applying intellect, data, research, and well-honed judgment to ensure you’re focused on making the biggest difference to our users with your work
  • Demonstrated experience managing a digital product from inception to launch
  • Significantly above standard analytical and technical skills, with an ability to challenge and be challenged on a numerical basis to ensure your decisions are well founded
  • You'll have a track-record of working with teams of software engineers that have delivered innovative, best-in-class digital products in an Agile environment, combined with a deep understanding of best practice product development processes and standards and experience of delivering continuous improvement
  • Experience of managing, directing and motivating staff to deliver projects with changing scope and objectives
