Operational Improvement Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement of operational customer Journeys across all channels that support the Ecommerce P&L. They are part of the Carphone Warehouse UK Online team and are key to improving Business Process Operations.
This is the chance to join a new and growing team within UK Online and you will be tasked with improving the day to day operations of our CPW.com business as our Process Operations Lead.
