Do you have coaching qualifications and are looking for your next challenge? Have you got experience of coaching ‘coaches’ at all levels of an organisation? Are you organised and confident enough to provide monitoring of compliance and drive the correct behaviours from this? Then this could be the role for you!

In the last 4 months we have been running a pilot in the Contact Centre to make significant change and we are now looking to turn the pilot success into a permanent way of working….and from here on the Evolution Team is born.

You will be responsible for the ongoing measurement and compliance of all Line Managers to ensure that coaching is embedded and delivered to colleagues. Ensure the quality of coaching provided is at an expected level and provide feedback and guidance where it is not.  You will be responsible for driving the performance of the operation through effective coaching and development of Line Managers highlighting any non- compliance and negative behaviours that are creating barriers to the success of the program.  If you understand talent within the contact centre population and utilise this further to raise the bar within our operation, then this is the role for you.
