This role will support the Design and execution of our Leadership and management development agenda.  You will support us to develop a suite of interventions aligned with our Values and Leadership Framework.  This work will contribute to the overall Talent & Leadership strategy and support Dixons Carphone’s transformation agenda. 


As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Support the creation of a development curriculum for our people managers to upweight  people manager quality across Dixons Carphone. Create detailed course outlines, and ensure potential integration with other learning programmes
  • upport the roll out of the new Leadership and Manager Effectiveness Framework
  • Partner closely with Colleague Listening to measure/understand Manager Quality across the organisation and support subsequent action planning
  • Work with the Head of Talent and Leadership to create leading edge solutions for High Potential talent
  • Partner with Talent to ensure high quality development plans in place for all key successors of critical roles
  • Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure a sustainable approach to team development
  • Work on DC’s approach to evaluating Leadership interventions and ROI
  • Strong ability to design and execute development interventions and tools that build people manager capability 
  • Experience of  facilitating and delivering training programs / learning interventions
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Understands how to leverage different learning methodologies


You will need:

  • Educated to BA or equivalent
  • Strong Powerpoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated agility and flexibility for adapting to changing circumstances
  • Good understanding of systems and technology / digitally savvy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
