Insurance Operations Administrator

Dixons Carphone, Acton

£18000 PA

3 months FTC, 37 hours per week

Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

 

The role:

This role is to manage all the administration processes within the contact centres, CID teams, and retail branches, and to make this part of the journeys as smooth as possible for our customers.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the insurance refund system to ensure all refund requests are promptly processed and accounts accurately documented
  • To manage insurance related indemnity claims into the business and ensuring the policy accounts are updated accordingly.
  • To validate all change of bank details requests from various channels within the business, and ensuring they are correctly processed.
  • Cross reference all system notes to ensure the correct information is provided to our customers
  • Investigate issues and provide prompt feedback so concerns can be resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ensure we remain 100% compliant throughout all of our processes
  • Process all tasks accurately and efficiently into the relevant systems

 

Skills/Experience required:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to deal with numerical data
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage own time effectively
