The HR team work collaboratively to support the development and implementation of people strategies to ensure business objectives are achieved in line with our corporate values. Take direction from the Senior HRBP, working in partnership with the HR Centre’s of Expertise to implement the functional people plan to deliver the HR strategy. This in turn, supports the business achieve the overall business strategy and functional area initiatives. 


As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

•    Build trusting and effective relationships within the partnered function(s), acting as the day to day contact for line managers, developing solutions to meet current and future needs
•    Maintain understanding of the business and functional strategy and support implementation of the annual people plan
•    Manage requests for data and insight
•    Manage role evaluation/benchmarking and grade/salary review requests
•    Support the planning and implementation of structural changes, working with line managers on the communication and consultation process 
•    Brief line managers on the tools and processes in place to analyse and review performance, provide coaching and support to ensure they are used effectively and consistently
•    Facilitate performance review calibration and talent review meetings with senior managers
•    Work with Centres of Expertise to implement management and colleague development solution


Coach and advise line managers on complex people cases, upskilling them to take full ownership of people matters wherever possible


You will need:

•    Working with Centres of Expertise to design and deliver business focused solutions 
•    Relationship management experience within a comparable organisation 
•    Implementation of people plans in a fast-paced environment 
•    Involvement in change programmes and consultation processes
•    Use of data to provide insight and measure impact
•    Management of complex people cases
•    Thorough understanding of employment law and implementation in a commercial environment
