As the Team KnowHow Digital Scrum Master you will coach and guide the scrum team to successfully adopt the scrum framework with its principles and values. You will be a transformation agent who will help foster a culture of innovation, help the team and others to embrace change through the adoption of agile frameworks, and coach stakeholders in the use of agile best practices.

We are looking for someone who leads by example rather than by dictate, who knows how to bring out the best in people, and is not afraid to deal with conflicts. Someone who can help us at getting better at what we do, when there is a lot of uncertainty and rapid changes.

You will:

  • Be an Agent of change who cultivates a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Be the Agile framework expert in the team, able to answer questions and challenges related to the Agile approach
  • Coach and guide the team on the use of Scrum, Kanban and Agile principles, values and best practices.
  • Help the team to become self-sufficient and cross-functional
  • Facilitate the team across all of the ceremonies and help foster better communication & collaboration within the team
  • Coach the product owner on planning and effective product backlog management

You will need:

  • Previous experience in a SCRUM Master role; delivering digital products and services
  • Highly resilient with the ability to work with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • To ideally come from a technical background with experience & knowledge of best practices such as CI, TDD, BDD, DevOps, etc.
  • Thorough and in-depth knowledge of the scrum framework
  • Demonstrable experience in areas of agile other than scrum (lean, kanban, xp etc)
