Data Operations Analyst - Subject Access Request

Dixons Carphone have an exciting new position for a Data Operations Analyst, within our Data Management function. You will be part of the Data Compliance workstream, responsible for effecting data related changes in response to requests and risks identified through Data Subject Access Requests.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the End to End Data Subject Access Request process
  • Manage daily/weekly reporting on the DSR requests to the senior stakeholder
  • Ensure the KPIs are tracked and reported to the data governance manager
  • Work closely with the application support teams within IT and outside of IT to ensure Right to Erasure and Right to Rectify requests are fulfilled in timely manner as per GDPR guidelines
  • Own the creation of new processes, where necessary, with the support teams to improve turnaround times on DSRR
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the Information LifeCyle Management tool implementation
  • Create Adhoc reports and visualisations for the data management team using SQL and Power BI
  • Create visualisations using power BI as and when required
  • Build strong relations with IT, Info sec, Data Protection and customer service teams to continually ensure efficient management of DSR

 

Required Skills & Experience

•    Analytical thinking with technical background to engage with IT teams to effect data changes
•    Experience with SQL related technologies
•    Prior SQL scripting experience is essential
•    One Trust or similar Data Privacy tool experience is preferred
•    Self-starting and proactive approach 
•    Collaborative team player
