DESCRIPTION

The Multiplay Data Executive is accountable for the accurate, timely and pro-active maintenance of Multiplay propositions, pricing and contract specifics, held in the Multiplay “Recommendation Engine” database.   

 

As a key member of the commercial team you will be ensuring Multiplay is able to trade in its Retail, Online and Indirect channels, ensuring the right offers are available for our customers, at the right time, in the right sales channel.  Role will require close alignment and regular interaction with multiple functions including Connectivity, Multiplay Sales Operations and Multiplay commercial team.

 

You will be expected to present details on the operational maintenance and updating of Multiplay propositions to Director level, to ensure the longer-term goals for the business are achieved.

 

You will:

  • Conduct accurate and timely updating of the Multiplay Recommendation Engine database
  • Liaise with the Connectivity team to ensure propositions and offers are detailed correctly so customer pricing accurately aligns to customers contracts
  • Work closely with the trading team to maximise all sales opportunities in available propositions
  • Determine correct timing to implement all pricing changes by each sales channel, gaining agreement from Trading & Connectivity teams as required
  • Actively review and refine Data processes to improve their accuracy, speed and responsiveness
  • Develop deep understanding of Supplier propositions, offers, products and services, to support Recommendation Engine database development and Multiplay trading operations
  • Support the Multiplay Data Manager in all day to day operations

 

You will need:

  • Experience in the telecoms or electronics industry
  • Extensive database maintenance, operation and updating experience 
  • Strong knowledge of Multiplay propositions, offers and services
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with internal stakeholders 
  • Expert analytical and numerical skills 
  • Commercial acumen and financial awareness
