12 month FTC, Full Time, £35,000 per annum  

This role can be based from home with travel to our Sheffield, Newark and Preston sites when permitted.

Reporting into the Head of Forecasting and Insight, you’ll work as part of a small team to create and maintain data driven solutions that support the business vision and deliverables. The solutions will support the Contact Centre Operation and will include services such as actionable BI, MI Reporting and Customer Insight. 

As a talented Reporting, Data and Insight Developer, you’ll work closely with other Contact Centre functions, to enhance the customer experience and drive improvements in efficiency. 


As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:   


  • Ensuring reporting requests are evaluated and implemented following the agreed Change Control Process. 
  • Delivering BI analysis and insight to steer performance. 
  • Creating and updating OLAP data-models and other sources to reflect the changing business. 
  • Proactively communicating developments, changes, and shortfalls in the delivery of reporting. 


You will need:   


  • To be highly skilled in a number of Data Management and Presentation tools, e.g. SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, PowerBI, Power Apps or similar. 
  • Experience of programming languages e.g. T-SQL. 
  • Strong data skills as you’ll be working with large datasets over multiple data sources. 
  • An understanding of Kimball methodology is desirable.
