Customer Service Agent.

Dixons Carphone Contact Centre,
Warrington, Birchwood.
You'll  be scheduled to work between the hours off 8am&8am Monday-Sunday.
£17264 PA, 3 month fixed term contract, 40 hour contract.

As a Customer Service Agent in our Contact Centre, you’ll be on hand to assist our customers with their queries. You’ll take ownership and responsibility of every customer providing a ‘right first time’ resolutions for them.  Every call you handle requires you to deliver an exceptional service that exceeds your customers’ expectations.


As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:


•    Using your customer service skills to help our customers enjoy amazing technology by offering on the phone advice and guidance to help them with their query or compliant.
•     Representing our brand in a professional way, demonstrating enthusiasm and confidence when engaging with our customers.
•    Supporting Team Managers with Service Level delivery and accountability.


You will need: 


•    To share our passion for helping customers.
•    To demonstrate at interview your ability to provide exceptional customer service and behaviours.
•    To have a confident and friendly telephone manner.
•     Be reliable - we need to count on you to be here for our customers
