Team Knowhow Contact Centre, Sheffield.
Fixed Term Contract (initially 3 months)
Full time hours
Salary: £17035 - £21902 a year plus benefits (£9.36 an hour)

Join us as a Customer Service Advisor in our buzzing contact centre as we start to prepare for our busiest and most exciting time of the year. Start dates throughout September and October. 
 
 
As part of this role you will be responsible for:
 
• Helping our Currys PC World customers enjoy amazing technology by offering on the phone advice and guidance to solve their queries right first time
• Engaging with our customers. We don’t use scripts, we empower you to have a real conversation with our customers. If this is new to you, don’t worry as we will give you all the training you need, delivered by our onsite award-winning Learning & Development Team
 

You will need:
 
• To share our passion for helping customers using great communication skills and a confident, friendly approach
• Be available – we’re busy and need you to work allocated shifts of between 35 and 45 hours per week as our centre is open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Saturday and 9am to 6pm Sunday
• Be reliable - we need to count on you to be here for our customers
