£16,500 pa + £18,500 OTE / Full Time

What responsibilities will I have?

 

As part of the Dixons Carphone team you will be responsible for understanding the current status of a customer’s order and ensuring they are fulfilled by obtaining the relevant information required to finalise their request. The successful applicant will ensure all inbound telephone calls and emails from our customers are handled appropriately whilst obtaining information carefully and accurately.
