As our CRM Manager, you’re responsible for the set-up, delivery and optimisation of our campaigns across a personalised and segmented campaign lifecycle that builds a dialogue with our customers.  You’ll help to create these journeys and campaigns for all customers, through the close collaboration with our in-house Email and Data teams, by addressing the segmentation, design and deployment of email, SMS and push campaigns. You will work across all aspects of the customer lifecycle as required by the business in-line with our targeted KPIs: acquisition, onboarding, in-life, retention and win-back, spotting opportunities to deliver incremental margin through new campaigns, new targeting approaches and optimisation of existing campaigns. 


You Will:


  • Support in the creation of the campaign lifecycle to correctly target customers according to key principles of CRM: right customer, right channel, right time
  • Work with line manager to devise Acquisition, Onboarding, In-life and Retention campaigns through collaboration with Brand, Creative, Proposition and Trading, Operations and Commercial teams
  • Identify opportunities to launch new campaign ideas, offers and promotions to deliver incremental margin and CX improvements
  • Briefing in campaign copy requirements to studio team providing guidance on audience, campaign purpose, key messages and channel.
  • Liaising with the Commercial and Marketing Teams to validate targeted data selections and deliver on time, to correct segments and against agreed objectives.
  • Brief Email Design and Data teams to build the campaigns and ensure they are as automated as possible to correctly deploy according to lifecycle
  • Set up link tracking for campaigns using Google Analytics and running of monthly reporting to showcase success of CRM activity and prove ROI
  • Upkeep the CRM campaign planner, tracking and communicating progress at each stage and ensure appropriate communication with wider stakeholders
  • Work with the CX team to document recurring outbound campaigns on the customer journey map
  • Work with the Online and UI/UX teams to produce landing pages to support campaigns


You Need:


  • 2-3 years previous experience in CRM
  • Understanding of marketing and CRM principles and importance for both the business and customer
  • Ability to create new hypothesis, test rigorously and rapidly act
  • Analytical techniques – analysis and exploiting customer information for campaign level successes
