We are looking for a commercially focused and analytical individual for the role of Commercial Contracts Manager, to play a key role in the iD Mobile team. Our partner relationships and contract management are central to our MVNO business.

 

The Commercial Manager (Contracts) for iD Mobile is required to assist in negotiation and administration of commercial contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, along with company and supplier requirements. In addition, you will need to be analytical, have a commercial mind set and be confident in producing and presenting business cases to the Senior Leadership team.

 

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

•    The contract management of existing and new agreements providing the drive, momentum and energy to develop and grow these accounts and relationships.
•    Analysing data for the preparation and presentation of business cases to support the approval of new commercial opportunities to our Finance and Senior Leadership team.
•    On-going tracking of variable business assumptions included within contracts and business cases and presenting changes to the business.
•    Highlighting key levers on existing commercial contracts in order to assess further opportunities and whether increased investment would result in incremental return.
•    Providing negotiation support as required on new and existing contracts.
•    Providing commercial approval in line with delegated authority levels and/or objective analysis and recommendations.
•    Ensuring governance processes are strictly adhered to, whilst being responsible for monitoring contract compliance and escalations should issues be identified.
•    Responsibility and ownership for internal contract sign-off and Delegation of Authority process


Desired Skills & Experience:

•    Strong commercial awareness with the ability to probe for specific information to solve complex business issues.
•    Proven analytical experience.
•    Experience and understanding of legal framework and regulatory compliance.
•    Proven negotiation ability and experience.
