We are looking to hire an experienced Change & Transformation Manager to join our People Team Function on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment basis. The jobholder will be responsible for the effective planning, project managing the demand into the People team and ensuring the efficient and effective communication and delivery of the People Plan priorities. This is a critical role, planning, co-ordinating and overseeing the successful delivery of all our People Plan initiatives. The role, sitting on the People Leadership Team (PLT), works closely with all areas of the People Function, supporting our Chief People Officer (CPO) with key PLC Board and EXCO updates and networks across the wider business.
