Team Knowhow Contact Centre, Nunnery Square, Sheffield, S2 5DD

Permanent, 37.5 hours per week


The role:

Joining a small team of 9 staff you will play a key part in supporting the company across several business areas. As a skilled BI Developer you will be required to make recommendations to the Management Team based on insight and you will be required to develop core Business Intelligence foundations to provide consistent and up to date information


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure ad hoc reporting requests are evaluated and implemented following the agreed Change Control Process.
  • To deliver business intelligence, analysis and insight to steer performance.
  • Proactively & comprehensively communicate developments, changes and shortfalls in the delivery of BI reporting.
  • Create/update OLAP data models and other data sources to reflect the changing business.


Skills/Knowledge required:

  • Highly skilled in Data Management and presentation tools, e.g. SQL Server, SSIS and SSAS
  • Experience of programming languages in a working environment, e.g. T-SQL
  • The ability to find and implement solutions without large financial burdens


Desirable skills/knowledge:

  • Experience in Data Warehousing
  • Ability to create and edit reports using Business Objectives and Power BI
  • An understanding of Kimble methodology
