Supports the delivery of strategic projects in alignment to the strategic objectives and future capability requirements of the organisation, working in partnership with the business, finance and IT, and wider Group functions to understand their requirements for change and support their delivery.

 

You will:

  • Deliver change into the organisation through the application of ‘best in class’ business analysis and change management skills
  • Support an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across their project
  • Lead detailed business analysis with business stakeholders which might include impact analysis, investigation into business processes, systems, data flows, error codes, reporting, solution definition and design, change management and communications
  • Run and facilitate workshops to support the definition of detailed business requirements through collaboration with the business, IT and other 3rd parties and support the delivery of those requirements
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • If applicable, support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process to ensure the developed solution is fit for purpose, and ensure successful handover of IT developments into UAT
  • Act as a brand ambassador for business change

 

You will need:

• Business Analysis experiene
• Solution Definition including eliciting, capturing, clarifying, structuring, communicating, validating and supporting the design of business solution
• Good Facilitation skills
• Strategic and Analytical thinking with a systematic and logical approach to problem solving
• Understand project pain points and perform GAP analysis
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders understanding and requirements and obtain approval of the overall solution scope and requirements to be implemented in collaboration with other cross functional teams
• To be efficient at requirement management lifecycle
• Efficient delivery of Business Analysis documentations and attention to detail
• Business process re-design, process mapping and process modelling
• Relevant industry and retail understanding / experience
