Are you a qualified Agile coach with previous experience as a Scrum Master? Could you see how you could utilise Agile methodology in a service environment? Can you demonstrate experience of engaging stakeholders with Agile? Have you run Agile projects of varying sizes and complexity? Then we have the role for you!

In the last 4 months we have been running a pilot in the Contact Centre to make significant change and we are now looking to turn the pilot success into a permanent way of working….and from here on the Evolution Team is born.

You will be an Agile expert and have experience of providing mentoring and objective guidance on best practice within the principles that have already been developed. You will be helping shape the planning and implementation phases working with operational leaders on the concepts of Agile, the part they play and how they can make it successful. By providing advice and feedback to team members you will enabling them to perform at a higher level and develop advanced skills. Sharing experience with the squad, scrum master and the team around implementing Agile projects is also a large part of this role.
