Agile Business Information Developer/Analyst (Evolution Team)           
Permanent (Full Time 37.5 hours) 
                                
 
Do you have hidden talents that we don’t know anything about? Are you a secret BI whizz and feel that you may have the skills we can utilise to help the Agile squad members to make significant change across our business?  Are you skilled in Data Management and presentation tools and have experience of programming language (e.g T-SQL).  Do you have the ability to create/edit reports using Business Object. You will also need to have the ability to build relationships and networks across all levels of the team.  Then we may have the role for you!

In the last 4 months we have been running a pilot in the Contact Centre to make significant change and we are now looking to turn the pilot success into a permanent way of working….and from here on the Evolution Team is born.

You will be responsible for the production of new reporting as scoped by the Squad members, building relevant data sources to allow ongoing reporting by our BAU BI team. Provide data to assist analytical deep dives to provide insight and improvement within the Contact Centre. Create/update OLAP data models & other data sources to reflect the changing business.  Liaising with the Scrum Master and product owners to ensure ad hoc reporting requests are evaluated and implemented following the agreed change control process.
