£25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience + bonus + benefits

As a Customer Experience and Operational Excellence Manager at one of our stores, you’ll take the lead on ensuring our stores are set up for success. Every decision you make will be with the customer and your team in mind.  Leading a team who are the backbone of the store, critical when it comes to delivering best in class standards. 


As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:  

Coaching colleagues to inspire customers to buy the best products to suit their needs, however they choose to shop with us 

Giving colleagues the knowledge and confidence to resolve customer challenges, converting negative experiences into positive. 

Working alongside our contact centres to ensure consistent customer first experiences at every touchpoint 

Implementing and maintaining operational excellence at all times 

Driving the Warehouse operation effectively, maximising overall efficiency and productivity

You’ll be driven by finding new ways to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Doing it because it makes you proud and because you want your store to achieve. 


You will need:  

To have management experience in a similar sized, sales driven business  

Proven coaching skills, a hands-on management style and a passion for building team confidence and capability  

Track record of delivering a perfect experience for customers, ideally across multiple sites or channels 

A track record of delivering operational excellence across your store, department or area 

To be confident working in a team, approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers
