The team in Loughborough also support the wider Dixons Carphone group across functions including sales campaigns, iD Mobile operations, and account management for a number of high-profile partners.

The 400-strong team specialises in commercial, trading, marketing and technology functions, as well as being home to customer-facing teams who handle correspondence by phone and email. Energetic and prepared for changing times, the team ensures that that every customer has a great experience, and they handle over a million orders and contacts every year.

At our Warrington Contact Centre you’ll find our third-party insurance team. Putting the customer first, this resilient 150-strong team provides more than two million people with the best possible experience. Every day, they’re always pushing to make that service even better.
