THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

We’re looking for innovators and passionate people to deliver technology to people. Learn about the process of getting through our doors below.

  • WHAT TO EXPECT

    Building the best team is all about collaborating and getting a combination of the right people. We’re all different and we’re not looking for people who fit one mould. We need different talents and specialisms across roles, and that’s why our application process varies between departments.

     

  • WHAT TO EXPECT

  • WHAT TO BRING

    The main thing is to bring your full self, we want to get to know you and want you to know us too. There are a few non-negotiables when it comes to interview time though. Remember the following documents:

    • Proof that you’re eligible to work in the UK or ROI
    • Proof of your address
    • A copy of a document with your UK National Insurance number or Republic of Ireland PPS number on

    In most cases we’ll take copies of these at the interview, so that we can use them to process your offer if you’re successful. If you don’t get the job, we’ll destroy these on your behalf.

  • WHAT TO BRING
