Our Team KnowHow Complaints and Claims Investigation teams are also based here – who between them resolve customer issues and investigate potential fraud – and we also support a wide variety of customers with their CarePlan queries. Roles are typically available in areas such as First Line Management, Administration, Claims Management and Complaint Handling.

    Following the development of our outsourcing partnership with Webhelp in February 2020, colleagues at our Contact Centre in Sheffield now work alongside them to handle more than 175,000 calls per week and thousands of social media messages every day. Roles are typically available in CarePlan Customer Service, Social Media, Correspondence, First Line Management and Operational Management. Various roles are also available across the support functions too.

Roles are typically available across our three main teams: CEO Complaints, Social Media and the Switching support second line team.
